1. Sale of our home, in Fox Den subdivision, in three weeks.
2. Locate and negotiate purchase of home, for elderly relative, relocating from North Carolina, to Tennessee.
3. Located and negotiated the purchase, of a lake front property.
4. List and negotiate sale, of elderly relatives' home, when they elected to move into an independent living facility.

Wanda Carder served as the real estate agent on both the sale of our Knoxville home and, upon our return to the area, the purchase of our current home. In 2000, we retained Wanda as our listing agent. She assisted us in determining our asking price and prepared an exceptional description of the property. She quickly scheduled a breakfast for the area realtors for the purpose of preview, assuring a wide knowledge of the property. She was always personally present for showings, assuring the best possible presentation of the property. When offers came in, she always acted in our best interest, never applying pressure to achieve a sale. During the closing, she used her experience in the title industry to assure that we were protected in all aspects of the sale.

When we returned to Knoxville, we retained Wanda as our agent. She conducted research on housing that met our requirements, arranged tours, never showing us homes that did not meet our criteria. She was patient throughout the process, never presuring us to accept less than our ideal home. When we went to contract on our home Wanda, once again, used her experience in the title industry to assure that we were protected in all aspects of the sale. She shielded us from the eccentric behavior of the seller and arranged for the home inspection and for the follow-up quotes that resulted.
