Dear Ms. Bird –

“An Excellent Decision Was Made in the Fall of 2007!”

We are writing to let you know how VERY pleased we are to have made a friend in your agent, Wanda Carder. You identify a friend by how they take care of you and your business. The efforts that Wanda put forth while going with us through the process of selling our house were WAY beyond what we could or would ever have ever expected at the time we chose Wanda and your company to represent us in the fall of 2007. She certainly went above and beyond the call of duty much if not most of the time.

The times she came to our house to turn off the alarm, turn on the lights—returning later to turn off the lights and turn the alarm system back on—were too numerous to count. You see, we were gone a great deal of the time while the house was on the market. Wanda never became discouraged with the process of selling the house—or at least she did not show it to us if she were! She maintained contact with us every step of the way no matter where we happened to be…we even downloaded and signed the final deal in Florida around 10:00 at night—thank goodness for high speed internet and Wanda Carder!

Wanda was a good cheerleader when we needed encouragement; a good advisor when we needed advice; a good representative when we needed representing when we got our contract and VERY good at “buttoning up” a deal when that time finally came.
